Excuse me while I choke to death sitting in front of my computer! I just inhaled Count Chocula cereal down the wrong tube. Not the most pleasant sensation in the world I tell you!
I had big hopes for today's mani. Big I tell you. It's all the sun's fault. I was told by my weather app that it would be sunny and it started out that way. We all know that means holo time right? Well, the stupid sun decided to hide at very important photo times and I was not able to get the sparkle I wanted. I also tried multicolored stamping for the first time. It would have been a success had the colors not been so close together.
Ah the regrets of the ruined mani. In all actuality, I kind of like how this turned out. Just didn't get a good picture of it.
I'm sure I've told you before just how much I love this time of year. Crisp, cool mornings, snuggling under piles of blankets, leaves changing colors, the windows open. So love it!
I wanted to do a mani with Fall leaves on it. Bundle Monster must have read my mind because in their Holiday set, there was the perfect one for me to use. I can't wait to use the Thanksgiving ones-those should be fun!

Sabra is a gorgeous scattered green gold holo. I thought it would make a great base color for leaves. Next I stamped using Zoya Pepper and Louise, but I also tried others. I just couldn't make the different colors show up on this base color. I used BM H11 from the Holiday 2013 set. Since nothing showed up on the accent nail, I put some studs on there. The sun failed to help me out here.

I was able to capture a little of the color change with my iPhone-if you're interested, go on my Instagram and check it out. You can see it best on my thumb. I still love how this came out! Although my nails are still wonky from my fishing trip so they are crooked and all a mess. I can't do anything about that yet!
