fingers polish mania: It's A Pink Nightmare

A few updates to past stories. I did not move to my new office yet, no surprises there. Nothing is ever when they say it is. The new plan is for the new desks to be "staged" as they are calling it, next week. I am not holding my breath on that one. I do hope they bought us cool furniture. The bummer is, they are cramming in roughly eight or so people into a tiny room. All the desks will be facing the wall in a circle around the room. Can you just picture it? A cubicle farm on the perimeters of a tiny square room. Oh the noise it will generate with all of us on the phone talking to patients. Plus, they won't tell us who will be joining us in this room. Why the big secret I have no idea. It can only mean bad things. Someone is being put there to make sure we do our job now that we will be locked away in the basement away from prying eyes.

Of course, they gave up on the "meetings" where I was the mold they are trying to fit the others into. Knew that wouldn't last. Kind of glad though, those meetings were SO stupid!

Onto the Snuggle scent lasting. I must say, that my bathroom smelled gorgeous for a few days from the freshly washed towels hanging in there. Certainly didn't last two weeks, but I have been using them. My clothes didn't smell as fab as at my sister-in-laws, so I may try adding a little more Snuggle next time.

I have also basically given up on the whole online dating thing. I have literally been on there for close to 1.5 years and nothing to show for it. I just can't do it anymore. I'm still on the site, I just don't look or message anyone anymore. If my perfect guy happens to message me, I will write back, but that's it. Kind of bummed that I'm still alone, but I just can't take the stupidness on there anymore.

Just uploaded more music onto my iTunes and am now jamming to The Guess Who. Damn they rock. I can't figure out how to see my total gigage on there now. Stupid iTunes update. May have to Google that. I need to know!

Sorry, just went and Googled my above query and toggled something and now I see it. Almost 9GB. So I'm still good. My iPhones have 13.3 but could have more if I totally deleted all the apps on there. I still have 4GB to play with so it's all good.

Alrighty then. Updates complete. Now let's get to the mess that is today's mani.

I dreamt of the colors and the idea to try. Do you ever do that? Dream a mani? I've done that a couple times now.

Yup, it's a Bettina fest! This is Stiletto and Silk on the bottom with Velvet and Believe on top. The top colors are not color correct here.

I started with the Silk and an accent of Velvet.

Next I tried to gradient the Stiletto on the Silk. In retrospect, I should have started with the Stiletto since it wasn't as opaque as Silk.

Yes this is painful to look at, I apologize! Look at the huge dent I put in my pinky. Not pretty.

My plan was to stamp with the color on my accent nail, but as you can see, it wouldn't have gone. So I used the purple Bettina.

This is from the Holiday Bundle Monster set BM H18. It just keeps getting worse doesn't it? I ended up adding some studs and just saying enough. Here are the results.
