You guys are going to think I'm crazy. But in the middle of the night, my mind told me which polish color to wear today. Apparently I not only live polish, but I sleep polish as well! I wanted a loud color, something that screams "look at me". My dream told me the perfect choice is Essie Alligator Purse. I can't believe I forgot all about this color. It's been about 4 years since I last wore this. It's from the Essie Fall 2007 collection. The color is a dreamy burnt orange creme. I forgot just how much I love this color. I used to wear it a lot. I need to put it back in the regular rotation. The formula itself is so pigmented, I could have just done one coat. Of course, I always do 2 no matter what. It's my OCP. No matter. I'm just glad I rediscovered this jewel of a color.
This color is so perfect-especially when it is literally 94 degrees outside. It's unbelievable how many compliments I have gotten at work with this color. Makes my day. I love how the sun is blinging off the polish in my pictures. Don't you? So do you guys dream of polish colors?
