Four Holos for this one

I continue on with my second amazing mani in my own eyes.  I'm thinking you all may like this one more than the last one.

Unless you are new here, you know I am a holo junkie.  Well, I have discovered Liquid Sky Lacquer and just bought up all her holos to date.  Yes ALL of them.  I do not fool around when it comes to holos.

The problem then became, which color to use first?  Since I couldn't decide, I chose four to play with.  Now I know what you're thinking and you're wrong.  I did not do skittles here like I have been happy doing lately. I have done something so different and so cool, that I will have to attempt this again.

This mani was totally inspired by a post I saw on Canadian Nail Fanatic.  She is an amazing stamper and I always love her manis.  I do believe though that when I saw the post linked above, I told her it was gorgeous, but way too messy and I'd never try that.

Never say never...........

Here is your silly bottle shot.

This is obviously Liquid Sky Lacquer.  The names are Bad Ass Nails, Bippity Boppity Boo, Swerve and White Christmas.  I normally don't show the labels, not sure what I was thinking!

I started with a full mani using Boo.  This is a gorgeous robin's egg blue and a major linear holo.  Here are the starting shots.

Next I sponged the other colors on to make a gradient! Yup, I got over my failure of the last one I attempted, but did it like Canadian Nail Fanatic did it.  Here is a picture of just how messy it is.

This was just after one color.  The last time I tried a gradient, I did from the middle up to the tip, this way from the base worked much better for me, even though the clean up is hell.

After I finished the four colors, I stamped a simple snowflake on each using MoYou Christmas 2 plate. Here are the results.

How cool is this????  I am in love with this and so happy I did a successful gradient!  WOOHOO!

Here is the plate I used.

Thank you Canadian Nail Fanatic for showing me how to do a gradient!  I hope I have done it justice and hope I can do another one as well!

Until next time people.  Any thoughts out there?
