As I said in my last post, I have become addicted and fascinated with dotting. Now that I can do it, I just had to experiment some more. The possibilities are endless.
Work was a nightmare for me. I didn't get any work done that I needed to. Instead I spent the day putting out fires as I call it. Patients were yelling at me, saying I don't care. That is just not the case. It hurts when people say that although I do realize these people have cancer and are just angry at the cancer, but taking it out on me. I am ok with the anger I understand it, but not the I don't care part. I care. I care a lot.
I left half an hour after my shift ended and it was finally not 102 degrees outside. It was getting ready to rain and I had errands to run. When I got to the grocery store there was a steady rain going on. I decided that I was going to enjoy the rain, not run through it or use an umbrella. I embraced the rain. It was just the thing I needed. After I finished, I got in my car for the drive home and rolled down both front windows of my car. I hadn't been able to do that in days because it's been so hot. I wasn't going to let the rain stop me.
Of course, people were looking at me funny, but that's ok. When I got home, I just wiped down the inside doors of my car and went inside. It made my day.

Once again, I have a buttload of polish! This is Bettina Flip Flop, Essie No More Film, Elixir Lacquers Miss Kitty's Mee-Yow, Orly Wild Wisteria, Jessica Pajama Party, Jessica Born 2 Pansy,
Lilacquer Fhloston Paradise and Lilacquer Encantado.
I started with Pansy. This is a pale purple with blue shimmer. It really is gorgeous, but too sheer and a pain to apply. I dented it several times before I took these pictures. Here is that step.

I'm mad at the dents on this! This I will have to wear again and take the time to do thin layers. I'm just too impatient and lazy. Next I again took my dotting tools and went to town. Here is that step.

Cool right? This time I didn't leave room at the top for my funky. Next I added a layer of Encantado which is a purple shimmer and topped it off with my funky using Wild Wisteria. Here are the results.

Isn't this pretty? I am loving this purple dot fantasy. That shimmer just makes me happy!
