Let me just tell you how awful she is in the car. I mean she cries, she poops herself, she throws up and she foams at the mouth. It is the most dreadful thing to see and hear her on the drive. It all stems from when I first got her at 7 weeks old. She was so tiny, 2 pounds and fit in the palm of my hand. But she had a bad cold and the vet didn't think she would live. I was bringing her to the vet twice a week or so, feeding her with a syringe and boiling water for the steam. The first two weeks I had her? I was home sick too, and her feet NEVER touched the ground. I kid you not. I carried her everywhere.
Even when I took her to the vet. I held her like you hold a baby to burp them. Yeah, she would not have it any other way. Back then she was small enough that I felt secure that I had a good grip on her. Nowadays she is 13 pounds and I put her in the carrier. She may do better if I held her like back then, but I'm just not confident she wouldn't get loose. She is now almost 12 and is still my precious baby who gets picked up and carried all the time. The vet people commented several times how sweet she is.
OK. Now last post I debuted my first flowers. Well, I had to keep doing them to get better at them. Plus I realized I hadn't done a rainbow mani for quite some time. I love rainbow manis-so I decided it was time.
Here is your silly bottle shot.
This is OPI My Vampire Is Buff, Bettina Lingerie and Colores de Carol Holo Blast.
But where are the rainbow polish??? Actually, the thing to do now is use acrylic paint. I'm told it's easier to freehand with. I thought I'd give it a try. I bought the main primary colors and black and white at 59 cents each. I can't say whether it's easier yet as this was my first time trying it out.
I taped and flowered. Here are the results.
