Latest work crap? I told you how my coworker decided to tell me at the last minute that she was on vacation this week, and how I sent my boss three emails to find someone to cover her clinic. Well, Monday morning there's an email waiting for me stating that she feels it best to pull me away from my main clinic so I can cover her clinic. Oh how I went off on my boss email style. I told her that there way no way I was NOT going to do my main clinic, that had I called out sick, you're damn right she'd have found someone else to cover that clinic. I told her that I will be doing my conference and that I will be doing my regular clinic as well as covering the other clinic. I told her I would bounce between the two and that's just how it's going to be.
She was not happy and I didn't care. It makes no sense to pull me away from my main clinic and have someone who has no idea what they're doing, run it in my stead. The one clinic started at 12:50, had 8 patients and ended at 2:30, my main clinic had my MD conference from 1:30-2 and then 15 patients after that until 4. So yeah, I was super nurse going up and down a flight of stairs in between the two clinics and got it done.
The next issue is the Friday clinic where again, I have another clinic of my own at the same time. I emailed my boss to find someone to cover this-I will NOT cover two clinics again.
