Have Mercy

Have you missed me? No? Yes? I've been feeling like crap and I just didn't feel like working on my blog.  Those of you out there with a blog know how much work it is to write just one post. I just needed a day off. What I did do was two manis in one day so I can get a bunch of posts all set up and ready to go so I'm not as stressed about them.  That always helps me so when there is a day when I don't feel like it, I already have posts set up.  This time though, I was out of posts and needed to do extra to catch up.

There's also a good reason why I have run out of posts.

Remember my online dating adventures? Well, I am officially off the site.  At least my pictures are.  Those of you who actually read my posts and pay attention will remember Too Busy Guy.  Well for the last 13 months, even if I haven't been seeing him, we've still been talking.  I finally had an epiphany and realized he was the only one still around after a whole year.  None of the others that I had been talking to were.  Just him.  We had a conversation and decided to date and not see others, and spend more time together.  So Too Busy Guy has made time for me.  It's been really nice. I've come to understand him better and I've stopped pushing him and freaking him out.  That was my part of the deal.  He makes more time for me, I stop pushing him and rushing him into something he's not ready for.

It's been nice.  We shall see what happens.  He will need a new moniker of course. I'm not going to share much more than this about him.  Kind of want to keep him all for myself.  I'm happy and that's what matters.

At least for the moment, no more "nice rack" comments for me.

The stupid sun took too long to come out so I had to start with flash shots.  My camera is actually showing this as purple.  Mercy is a gorgeous subtle linear deep purple and I am loving it.

Next I mixed Pinta and Hella Holo and dotted.  I had seen on Instagram @jauntyjuli. She dotted at the base of the nail.  Why can't I think of stupid simple awesome things like this?????
