I'm having a flashback......

I thought it would be fun to poke a little bit of fun at my expense.  I was reliving the beginning of my blog, which most of you have never seen and that's probably a good thing.  But it occurred to me that there are people out there who are just starting with stamping and getting frustrated that maybe they aren't as good as they see others stamping.  I wanted to share that I did not start out a great stamper. Trust me on this one.

Now I don't mind poking fun at myself, but no mean comments people.  This is for learning purposes and a laugh or two.

Remember my last post, the awesome one with the Fall stamping?  Here is one from 2011 using the same orange polish.

Oh the horror that is this mani.  First let's gaze at the shape of my nails.  Must not have heard of a damn nail file at that time.  Yikes!  You can see my stamping is not crisp and not straight and not all lined up as this one is from  my last post.

I have no idea why my nails are so much longer in the before picture.  Obviously virgin polish nails.  As you can see, practice does make perfect.

Now let's see more of my fails.

Still with the freakin weird shaped nails, the stamping could be better of course, and the cuticles and the pose?  YIKES!!!!

Here is the mani of my all time most popular post.

This must have been featured somewhere-not sure where or why it's my most popular.  But the stamping is perfection here.

Here are some of my favorites.

This one was from Christmas last year.

Now besides the smearage from the top coat, this stamping is awesome!  Here is the one from Halloween this year.

I hope you all got a good laugh at my expense.  I just wanted to show people that practice does make perfect and that when you are first starting out, things can be ugly.

Did you like this post?

Until next time people.  Any thoughts out there?
