Wicked-Malice

So I have a very simple yet oh so awesome mani for you today.  I am still in the clutches of this bad cold.  I have to say it's getting old all this coughing and nose blowing.  It's a week today.  Damn I'm over it.

So that's another reason why this mani is so simple.  No energy nor the care to do anything more daring.

Talked to two of my friends from my past life in St Louis yesterday.  Walking down memory lane and catching up on the happenings since we last talked.  It's always nice to talk to people who have known you as long as they have.

My one friend is a Nine Inch Nails freak, so we had a long discussion about them and the new album they put out late last year.  I sampled it and decided I needed to get me a copy.  Trent has got the most awesome voice doesn't he NIN lovers out there?

Now since I really need to go lie down and nap, here is your silly bottle shot.

This is Chanel Malice, Essie Wicked and YUP THE Clarins 230.  That elusive polish I managed to get my hands on last year.

I decided I needed to do a mani with my all time fave reds.

Yes this winter has been mean and cruel to my hands.  Ignore that and concentrate on the gorgeous reds we have here!  Oh how I love Malice.  I've already worn it so many times I may need a backup!

I simply added a layer of Clarins 230 to the Wicked nails on the outside, left Malice alone.

Can you see the glow of the 230?  This has shimmers of green that I couldn't capture, you have to be at a weird angle and lower light, but believe me, I could not stop staring at my nails and wore this for longer than I normally do.

Simple can be awesome.

I'm off to take a nap now.
