I have decided that you people are corrupting me. I started this blog a mean sarcastic and loving it person. Hating glitter, hating pink and not giving a s**t. Look at me now-a few posts back, I actually said I found a glitter that I like and now I'm wearing a full mani of pink? I'm putting an end to this right now! It's been fun being on the happy happy joy joy blog side, but after this post, I'm going back under the rock from whence I came.
First up, we have the silly bottle shot.
This is the first pink that didn't make me puke. It is from the lovely blogger,
The Nail Junkie and her Spring 2012 set of 5. It is a dusky rose with beautiful hidden blue shimmer. It is made to be matte, but as you know I like shiny. The other is Poison Apple from
Enchanted Polish. An awesome green holo.
I started with the pink and a holo green accent nail. Here are your shots.

Two things are happening here. One, I am actually loving this shade of pink. I wish the shimmer was more pronounced. Two, the pink disappears into my skin tone in the shade. Several times, I thought my polish had fallen off! This green is a much stronger holo than the last one I showed you from this shop. I am in love!
Next I stamped with the opposite color using Aline's new plate 03, and topped it off with my funky in the same color. Here are the results.

Isn't that blue sky amazing? Oh how I love to have that as my background. So what do you think of my pink mani? Are you as shocked as I am? I just love the sparkle of this holo. I can't wait to play with the other ones I got from this Etsy store.
Now excuse me while I go back to mean sarcastic dark vampy land. We will be starting with a spectacular new indie brand and a brown fest. Enough of this namby pamby pink happy stuff!
Until next time people. Any thoughts out there?
