After the last post using a holo for coolness, I decided I needed to do more playing with holo layering. I have been adding more purples to my collection lately and thought I'd do a purple day! However, my camera had other ideas.
First up, the silly bottle shot.
This is Hits Dionisio, Bettina Flip Flop and Lynnderella Bride of Franken.
I started with Flip Flop which is a gorgeous light blurple, heavier on the purple and simply stunning. Alas, my camera shows it as blue. Here are your shots.

It truly is a pretty color here but it just isn't showing the correct color. I have to say, that I love the Bettina formula. It never disappoints. I now own 53 of them!
Next I did a layer of Dionisio and a layer of BoF. I really didn't realize it would darken this Flip Flop so much. I had wanted a lighter mani. But it still came out cool. Here is a shot of that step.

I will need to do another mani with Flip Flop-but this looks cool eh? Next I stamped with Konad Royal Purple using my DRK-A plate and topped it off with my funky in the original Flip Flop. Here are the results.

Even though this is not what I had in mind when I started, I just love the holo sparkle on this. Isn't this pretty? I just wish my camera had showed this as the purple it truly is.
Until next time people. Any thoughts out there?
