Too Fancy Lacquer Holos

Yeah, yeah I know I've missed a couple days of posting.  It has been the week from hell and I just had no time to even do any nail art!

I have been so stressed out at work and I just broke a nail typing this!  Sh*t! Now I'm going to have to file them down again.  Why people-why do my nails suck so???  I have a fun post coming up about this very topic.  I'm going to attempt to make my own sort of lotion.  Stay tuned for that!

Anywho, back to the work sitch.  It's like all the patients are having crises all at once, plus the added work load that I told you about earlier is about to make me crack up. Actually, I think I just might have!  Then one of my coworkers is on vacation but didn't bother to tell me that she had a clinic that needed covering.

This particular clinic only she and I know how to run it.  My boss assumed I would do it, assumed she and I had worked it out.  I immediately paged my boss and told her there was no way I could do this clinic as I didn't have my work done for the next day's clinic that starts at 0800.  I needed that time to get that work done.  Fortunately, one of the other nurses said she would do it.  Now mind you, she has no idea how to run this clinic, so this was very awesome of her.

I told her I just needed a couple of hours to get my clinic ready and that I would take over the rest of this clinic.  That's what happened.  When I went to take over, I found out the doctor had yelled at her because his schedule has been messed up for that day and all these patients had been waiting a long time. How is that her fault??? Plus for him to yell at a perfect stranger who is helping him out is kind of crappy, but this guy is like that.

When I walked in, I went straight to him, asked him if he was all right, asked him if he needed a time out or a deep breath.  He said no and proceeded to tell me about how his clinic was messed up.  I got him calmed down and was then late leaving work finishing up his clinic.  Turns out, one of HIS people messed up his clinic, not any of my people.  A small victory, but a victory none the less.

The next day, I brought that nurse some OPI minis to thank her for covering me and apologized for her getting yelled at. I've never really talked  to her before, had no idea if she even liked polish, but when I gave these to her?  She was all sorts of excited and loved the colors I had picked for her.  We then started talking on the new topic at work-but I will save that for another post.

I left work this week, still not caught up.  It's not how I like things to be.

Onto the polish!  Here is the silly bottle shot.

This is Too Fancy Lacquer Tell Me A Sea-cret and Keep Calm and Be Fancy.

I simply did skittles, and had no time for art.

The sun was not playing nice so these are all flash shots.

They are super blingy and I love the thicker formula on these.  It's my preference for polish.

I also wanted to thank the people who commented and gave me their thoughts on my poses and pictures.  I am still a work in progress that's for sure!

Until next time people.  Any thoughts out there?
