Polish My Life Wine and Chocolate Collection plus tape

Oh people.  Have I got stuff for you today.

Remember the story I just told you about Stupid hiding my coworkers phone?  Yeah well, yesterday I was not in the office, I was out and about trying to fix a chemo issue. When I got back, my pager was going off.  I had forgotten about it.  What does Stupid say to me?  "Thanks for turning it off." All sorts of snotty like.  I looked at her and said, "you could have turned it off." She goes into this tirade about how she didn't think I'd want her going through my bag etc. Reminiscent of the coworker incident from a few days ago.

I totally ignored her.  She kept repeating it, I kept ignoring her.  WTF people?  I'm an innocent bystander. I come in, do my job and leave.  How did I get sucked in to Stupid's drama?

You know how it is when stuff happens and later you think of the perfect comeback line? Yeah, I thought later, I should have simply said "grow up" to her.  What she does, is talk to her husband on the phone all the time.  So me and the coworker are going to say something to her about that as our next retort.

Ahhh the childish crap of the office.

I also had a meeting with the boss. Yes I told her how I wanted to maim Stupid and also begged her not to quit as I finally have a boss who sees how hard I work! She has been left with no assistant, no secretary. She's doing the job of at least 3-4 people herself.  I do hope she sticks it out.

We are supposed to have a meeting with my coworkers at the end of this week.  My other coworkers have already had secret meetings without me there.  They think their time of having to get off their ass and do work in the clinic is almost over.  They were told it would only be three months.  It's not going to be pretty when they are told that ain't happening.  They are going to permanently have to get off their ass and work. HEHEHE.  I begged my boss to let me skip the meeting as I don't want to hear the bitching and moaning that's sure to follow this announcement.  She asked that I be there.  I asked her if she was going to spring something on me then.  She promises no.

This is the Polish My Life Wine and Chocolate Collection.  This is Milk Chocolate Goodies, Coco Berry, Mauve Rose and Merlot Magic.

I couldn't decide which one to start with.  So I did all four!  I also did something I RARELY do.  That is all one color base.

As you can see, there is some holo in the bottle.  It is very hard to see on the nail.  This is my perfect nude, mannequin hands polish!

So I wanted all four nails to be the same, but different you know?  I took some of my nail vinyls and the other three polish and did this.

I think this may be in my top ten all time faves of all the manis I've ever done.  I'm serious here people.  How awesome is this??????  Oh and there are sparkles in this Merlot and the Milk Chocolate that is more visible than the Mauve.  I love these and need more creams from this indie brand!!!!

Shades of Grey and tape

So I finally watched my copy of Paranormal Activity part 5-The Marked Ones yesterday.
Can I just say, not good. Not scary, just ok.  Worth watching if you dig the series, but didn't scare me like I desperately wanted my mommy scared, like I was hoping for.  Parts 1 & 4 did that for me.  I'm not going to discuss the ending here-but for those who DID watch it-WTF with the ending?????  Is this meant to be a prequel?  We need to discuss. Contact me ASAP.

So the neighbors had their party last night.  You know, the one I was warned about?
Well, I checked several times throughout the night. I couldn't really see any cars there-I wonder if people didn't show up? But there was a fire.  They had built it right in front of their garage.  Stupid as hell if you ask me. The wind has been a beeyotch the last two days.  No way in hell would I light a big fire right in front of my house.  DUH.

I didn't hear anything, but I wasn't expecting to as my humidifier blocks out all noise but for it's own. That's why I have it!

The time change happened last night as well.  So my normal wakeup time, feed the cats would have been at 4AM.  Believe me, my cats tried hard to get me up at that time, but I was not going to do it. They are all mad at me this morning for making them wait an hour for their breakfast.

But I think they'll live. HEHEHE.

Now today's mani is a very cool one.  I must admit to myself.  I rather think I rocked it out personally.  I hope you agree.

RBL No More War, TFL You Can Call Me Queen Bee and stamping

Where to begin today.  Hmmmmmmmm.  After that purple fest, I had to do colors for me. I chose colors that aren't all that popular but are all around me now that the leaves are changing.  I was also way lazy and not in the mood for another tape fest.

It is what it is.

So my neighbor stopped me after I got home from work the other day.  Wanted to warn me of the epic party they are throwing. Gonna be tons of people, a bonfire, music etc. Probably go to 1-2 in the morning and she just wanted to let me know.  I had just gotten home from a long day at work and basically was all like what ever dude.

I got inside and immediately texted my other neighbor, who I like, and told her about it. She's not happy either.  Plus, it's Fall and there are dry leaves all over and you want to start a fire?  Not good as our yards all run together.  I don't want my house burned down like one burned down literally earlier this week two streets over.  Plus where I live, people like their quiet and my neighbors already are irritating as they rev their motorcycle motors way more then is necessary.  So they aren't going to tolerate the loud music past like 9pm.  I know my neighbor said she won't put up with it.  She's gonna call the police if she sees a fire and the loud music.  I told her to go for it.

You see, I go to bed early, I get up early.  I have a humidifier that is old and loud so I can't hear anything but that while I'm sleeping.  It does seriously scare me that they may start a fire with a bunch of drunk people hanging around.  I was going to say something to them yesterday after work, but no one was home.  It's illegal here to start a bonfire for one, and for two, people aren't going to like the loud music for very long.  I was hoping it would rain on their parade, but it's looking like it's only going to rain during the day.  At least then if they start a fire, stuff will be wet.

I may still try to talk to them before the party tonight.

OMG! These are so me! I love colors like this.  So freakin gorgeous!  These are fresh nails and all mine! My nails are actually this long with the gel on top so they don't break! It's so awesome!

Next I simply stamped with plate DRK-C and Chanel Khaki Brun and Queen Bee.

I think this pattern is so elegant and gorgeous!  Like I said, I was lazy and wanted simple. This is it.

CbL Tank Tops and Flip Flops, Woman from Tokyo, TDWP Mostly Ghostly and a TON of tape

So yeah, I got my iphone 6plus.  Damn is it huge! In a good way.  I love it, although I do feel funny when I'm talking on the phone.  Plus, no more one handed texting etc as my hands are so small, I can't reach the far left buttons.  I haven't played with the camera too much yet.  If I didn't already have my ipad air, I gotta tell you, you wouldn't need one with this 6 plus. I've ordered a different case as the one I did get I don't think will protect it when I drop it.  Notice I said when.  Yeah I have dropped my iphones many times in the past!  Never broken one though.  I rely on the brand Case Crown.  I really like their cases. Sleek, not too intrusive but protects well.

The one I have now is not a Case Crown.  That's what I get for trying something different.

Next weekend, I'll be spending it teaching my parents how to use their new iphones. Hopefully it won't be too painful.  HAHAHA.  You know I love you mom and dad!

So latest work sh*t?  Apparently, my coworker's personal phone was ringing and ringing and she wasn't there to answer it.  So what did stupid do? She took her phone carried it to the clinic where my coworker was working and hid it under a bunch of papers and left a note.  WTF? Seriously? If someone even breathes funny on my phone I'm all up in your face.  But to take someone's personal phone (mine has my life in it, I've no land line anymore) and go hide it under some papers where anyone could have stolen it is NOT ok.

Don't you agree??  I mean really? You think that's ok to do? How would you like it if someone did that to your phone? WOW. I was shocked that stupid really IS that stupid. My coworker was livid as she had every right to be.  I told her she had better say something to stupid.  She waited until she had calmed down because she wanted to be in control.  Uh huh, not me mister.  I'd have gotten right in her face and went the hell off.

But that's just me.

So my coworker told me that she calmly told stupid that this is not acceptable behavior and in the future if her phone is bothering her that much, to say something to me about it, or hand me my phone and not just leave it hidden under a pile of papers in an open clinic.  I gotta to hand it to her, the calm threat was probably much more scary than my blow up would have been.  Kudos to my coworker.

Yes this took forever to do.  Forever!  But how cool are these results? I need to do more of these tape manis!  This when viral on my instagram.  I must have gotten featured somewhere as my numbers went up over a hundred followers.  Not too shabby!

I'm also getting all sorts of compliments on my nails.  HEHEHE.  If only they read my blog, they'd know my secret!
