Another Fall look with a selfie

It's taken me over four years to even think about putting my face out there in space.  Yes I have my picture here on my blog, but not many people read my stuff and it's a side profile. I just got a text from a friend of mine who says I look angry in the photo I was going to share.  So now I'm wondering if I should even post it here.

However, he's a guy who doesn't get makeup and wouldn't appreciate that I spent two hours and I believe eight different eye shadows went into this Fall gradient eye look.  I will go into the close ups next post.  I may have to rethink this whole selfie thing and just stick to the eye close ups.

At least I have pretty eyes.  I can't mess that up too much.

But what do I do when I take over 150 pictures literally and not have a damn one be all that great. My mom will be the first to say I don't photograph well.  Plus I don't do any photoshopping or anything like that.  It's just me. With a sh*t ton of makeup on.

Thought I'd show you the detritus that was the aftermath of my two hour session.

Yeah so I just throw things around when I'm in the zone.  I did get some new makeup geek eye shadows that I used for this look.

Here is a look at them.

These are all the new ones I've just got in the mail. Below in the bottom left corner are foiled eyeshadows.  Like hard core metallics.  I used the three yellow/oranges ones.  This is NOT color accurate.  My eye pics next post you will see.

These three are duochrome.  I haven't played with these yet.

So here is the big reveal.

My serious model face.

Sorry should have warned you my face would get bigger and scarier! HAHAHA! And yes I've always had a hairy face,  It doesn't bother me.  It's just there.

**EDIT** After posting this on Instagram and getting almost zero likes and one nasty comment asking why I have a hairy (spelled harry-idiot) face I admit I succumbed to peer pressure and shaved my damn face.  I had had it done once when I was doing those facials I told you about.  Although they used a straight razor and called it dermabrasion.

It was freakin weird using my huge leg razor-I use the Intuition brand as I'm a huge failure with a regular razor and shave gel.  So imagine shaving your face with that huge thing! HAHAH! At least I only got one area of irritation on my chin.

My face is smooth as a baby's butt and my makeup does go on better, my skincare gets to my skin better but I don't know if it's something I will keep up with.  The hair never really bothered me before and I hate that I let some twerp who can't spell and who's probably 13 make me shave my face.  Oh and yes I deleted said comment.

However, if I continue to do selfies-which I may just go back to eye looks-the hair IS an issue in macro mode!

I will list all the products and steps in the next post with the close up eye looks.

Until next time people.  Any thoughts out there?
