Enchanted Polish March 2014, Pipedream Polish Light of Day

As I write this, it is nine days until my birthday.  It's on a freakin Sunday this year.  I normally take a day off and never work my birthday, but this year is different so far in a whole lot of ways.  I also normally take myself shopping or do a facial, something just for me, but again, not this year.

My big plans for this year? Perhaps cleaning my fish tank? Yes seriously.  I am just not feeling it this year.  I'm still grieving the loss of my dad big time and later in May, will be going home to finally do the burial.  Where I grew up, the ground is too frozen, so all the burials are put on hold until the ground thaws.

People have said this will be the closure I need. I think it'll just reopen the healing wound and devastate me all over again.

Onto other things.  This mani is a fail in my book, the colors are weird together, but the crazy thing is, the neon polish started melting the nail vinyl I used for the design.  Is that a thing? I've not heard of that before.  Is there something in the neon pigment that is causing this? Or maybe just this brand?

If you have any thoughts, let me know.

Here is your silly bottle shot.

This is Enchanted Polish March 2014 and Pipedream Polish Light of Day.

I did a full mani with March.  This color is the reason why I was able to give up my precious Poison Apple for the three Mishka EPs.  They were virtually the same color. And yes, that means my original Poison Apple was worth $300 at that time!

Please note the length of my nails.  It will be relevant to the next post.  How freakin gorgeous is this holo???? I love this! Next I added the tape and when I tried to remove it, it fell apart.  My lines are not crisp and clean as you all have seen I can do.

It's like the zigzags are melting on this green holo.  HEHEHE.  It really was a freaky thing.

Until next time people.  Any thoughts out there?
