Yellow Holos-LSL & TFL

It seems that if I were to stop blogging, the world would end as we know it. I received several very nice comments from people saying they really do read my words and would be sad if I were to stop.  I appreciate the kind words, it helps me to get the motivation to keep on going.

Do me a favor people-once in a while, remind me that you're out there reading my stuff ok?

So new topic.  My new camera is awesome, however, I have no idea what I'm doing.  I cannot for the life of me figure out how to engage the built in flash.  I hate feeling stupid and this camera is doing a bang up job of it.  I was cleaning the touch screen and all of a sudden the flash popped up.  I was all sorts of excited.  I pushed it back in place and then spent like thirty minutes trying to figure out what the hell I hit to make it pop up.  Nothing I did worked.

My next step was to go on Amazon.com and buy a damn book.  I bought two books specifically written for my camera.  One is of the "this is for dummies" series and one is not advanced, but not written for dummies like me!  HAHA.  I am supposed to get them in a couple of days and the first thing I will look up is how to work the damn flash!

Had a facial yesterday.  She definitely made up for the crappy last one I told you about.  It was supposed to be 50 minutes, I was there literally 1.5 hours or more.  It was awesome.

This one was a microdermabrasion.  Now remember, I'm doing medical grade facials. She started with a hollow wandy thing that has diamond dust in a ring on the outside and the hollow part does the suction.  So as the diamond dust scrapes off the top layer of skin, the suction sucks it up.  Nice right?  I won't say it hurt, but it wasn't pleasant.  It felt like rough sandpaper being rubbed all over my face.  Then she spent a good amount of time on extractions.  I had no idea I had that many that needed to come out. Then came the acid and the high frequency electricity to kill all the bacteria on my face.

You would have thought my face would be a raw red mess, but actually it isn't.  I really enjoyed this one.  I will be doing it again in 5 weeks.  So far?  I've had three facials, used the products alone for three months and my skin is already tons better.  Yes I am still getting some acne, but not the huge painful cystic stuff.  Just little red dots around PMS time.  I have also noticed the red scarring is diminished greatly.  She's talking about having me start on Retinol next time.  Apparently that's good for aging.

As you know, I am now on the wrong side of 50!  I will keep you posted.

I told you all about my holo Facebook group.  Well we've been doing weekly challenges. Last week's was yellow holos.  I'm showing you mine today.

Here is your silly bottle shot.

This is Liquid Sky Lacquer Easter Morning and Too Fancy Lacquer You Can Call Me Queen Bee.  This is my very first foray into the TFL brand.

I started with skittles.

Oh yeah people.  Check out that TFL on my middle fingers!  When I was a kid there was this Crayola crayon color that I loved.  It was called Maize.  This reminds me of that crayon.  Like a toasted yellow-you know what I mean?  I love it.  The formula was thick, which I prefer, it stays where I put it and I am a new fan of this brand!

Next I simply did dots and tape.  I was told it looks like a tuxedo-and it kind of does!

I have to say, I am in love with this mani.  I love yellow and these two are awesome together!

What do you think?

Until next time people.  Any thoughts out there?
